REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Coaching & Programs
Due to the nature of coaching services and digital content:
No refunds will be issued once services have begun
No refunds for missed sessions
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payments
Technical errors resulting in failed delivery
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to: hello@essentiallyme.org
4. Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Coaching Sessions
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior will be forfeited
2. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule sessions with proper notice and availability.
4. Programs & Events
For workshops, group programs, or events:
All registrations are final
Transfers may be allowed at our discretion
